By accessing or using the ChainPay payment gateway service at chainpay.store ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ChainPay provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway for WooCommerce merchants. Our service enables merchants to accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies by deriving addresses from their own extended public keys (xPub). ChainPay never holds, custodies, or controls merchant funds.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@chainpay.store if you suspect unauthorized access.
ChainPay licenses are granted for the domain they are activated on. Licenses may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared without written permission. License keys are for personal or business use only and may not be resold.
You may not use ChainPay for:
ChainPay is strictly non-custodial. We derive payment addresses from your xPub keys without ever having access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. ChainPay cannot recover funds sent to derived addresses.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro annual licenses. If you are not satisfied, contact support@chainpay.store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started.
ChainPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
